President of LHH - DBM Peru and Chile. Both companies are the leading career transition and executive coaching organizations in their respective countries.

She is also Chairman of the Board of CARE Peru, a leading non-profit humanitarian organization fighting the injustice of poverty.

Author of the national best-seller Usted S.A. Empleabilidad y Marketing Personal, published in 2010 and now in its thirteen edition.  Usted S.A. was second in overall sales in Peru in 2012 and again in 2014 and first among business books in 2013.

She has been recognized as the “CEO with Most Internet Presence” in Peru by a study from Revista G de Gestion. Also recognized as one of the “Top 35 Business Leaders in Peru” by the Merco, Datum & Gestion national study on Leadership and Reputation and among the “Top 3 Business Leaders with most Online Influence” by studies of Llorente & Cuenca, all in 2012, 2013 and 2014. She received the “Leadership Award” by Diario Trome  and the LHH “Worldwide SuperStar Award” both in 2014 and the “HR Award 2007” from Universidad Ricardo Palma,

She has published over 650 articles and videos in various magazines and newspapers in Peru and the Latin America region, including with Diario El Comercio, the leading newspaper in Peru. Her videos have over 5 million viewers.

Member of the International Advisory Board of CENTRUM Catolica, she is also member of the board of the Pachacutec Foundation, of Transparency Peru, of Apoyo Comunicaciones S.A. and of the League Against Cancer.  

Previously, she was Chairman of the Board of Peru 2021, the leading non-profit civil association that promotes corporate social responsibility in Peru. She was also Chairman of the Board of OWIT Peru, an organization for women in business in Peru and President of CADE Universitario 2009. She was Vice-President of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru. 

BS in Business Administration from New York University (NYU) in New York, MBA from Adolfo Ibañez School of Management, Miami, Florida. She has attended leadership courses at various universities, including Harvard, Kellogg, Georgetown and Singularity.

She lives in Lima, Peru.
