Ines Temple is President of Lee Hecht Harrison – DBM Peru and Lee Hecht Harrison Chile, the leading career transition and executive coaching organizations in both countries.
She is author of the national best-seller “Usted S.A. Empleabilidad y Marketing Personal” published in Lima, Peru in November 2010, number one in sales for 24 weeks, now in its seventh edition. Sold in thirteen countries in Latin America.
She is President of the Board of Peru2021, a nonprofit civil association dedicated to the diffusion and promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility in Peru. She is also President of the Board of CARE Peru.
She is a Member of the International Advisory Board of CENTRUM Catolica; Member of the Board of Apoyo Comunicaciones S.A. and of the Peruvian League Against Cancer.
Speaker at universities and congresses in Peru and abroad, Ms. Temple is a guest columnist and a blogger at Diario El Comercio, the leading newspaper in Peru, where she has published over 260 articles and video blogs. She received the “Human Resources 2007 Award“, from Universidad Ricardo Palma.
Ms. Temple holds a BS in Business Administration from New York University – NYU in New York, USA. She attended the Corporate Management Program – PAD at Universidad de Piura in Lima, Peru. She also holds a MBA from Adolfo Ibañez School of Management, FL. USA.
Ms. Temple has three children.
